Το σκάφος είχε αρκετά προβλήματα που δεν μπορούσαμε να διαπιστώσουμε πριν ξεκινήσουμε. Δεν λειτουργούσε ο αυτόματος καθόλου (λευκή οθόνη και έστριβε ανεξέλεγκτα μόλις τον ενεργοποιήσαμε). Το βυθόμετρο κατά καιρούς εμφάνιζε σφάλμα (βάθος 1.5μ στα ανοιχτά). Ο δείκτης κατεύθυνσης ανέμου στο πιλοτήριο, και το ανεμόμετρο, συχνά δε λειτουργούσαν. Το χειρότερο, μας χάλασε η μίζα και χάσαμε μία μέρα σχεδόν σε ρυμούλκηση και επισκευή. Ο πλοιοκτήτης φρόντισε να επιλυθεί όσο το δυνατόν γρηγορότερα, όμως και πάλι χάσαμε μία μέρα πλεύσης λόγω κακής συντήρησης της μίζας (έπρεπε να είχε γίνει αλλαγή στα καρβουνάκια), χωρίς να αποζημιωθούμε. Πέρα από αυτά, καλή τιμή, ΟΚ το σκάφος, καλή επικοινωνία.

Για να μας βαλατε 4/5 αστερακια πολλα θα πηγαν καλα με το ναυλο! Οπως μαρτυρουν οι υπογραφες σας & διαπιστωσατε οταν παραδωσαμε το σκαφος δεν ειχε προβλημα. Λυπομαστε ιδιαιτερα για την ατυχια αυτη και πρεπει να τονισουμε οτι αποδεχτηκαμε την ευθύνη και δεν σας χρεωσαμε τιποτα, οπως πολυ πιθανον να εκαναν αλλες εταιριες! Αντιθετως ημασταν διατεθημενοι να επανορθωσουμε με δωρεαν επεκταση του ναυλου αυτου 'η παροχη νεου. Εκτιμουμε τα σχολια σας & θα τα χρησιμοποιησουμε για να γινουμε καλυτεροι!!!

The catamaran rental was a terrible experience. As responsible clients, we paid the full rental price many months in advance. Normally, you pay a portion at the beginning and the rest closer to the date—but we paid everything upfront. We asked all the necessary questions in advance, and Angie answered them. As a salesperson, she simply said “yes” to everything. We specifically asked her to inform us clearly so we wouldn’t face unpleasant surprises. Instead, she cheerfully reassured us, only to deliver exactly the surprises we wanted to avoid. When the time came to set sail, we were greeted by a rather rude man (Giannis), who gave us instructions—along with changed prices! To our surprise, he demanded that the remaining balance be paid in cash. We were also charged for towels (which we had been told were included), and other things we had been promised but were not provided (such as video equipment that Angie had assured us was available). The catamaran itself was not fully equipped and in terrible condition. It was not only old and worn out, but also broken and poorly maintained. The mosquito nets were torn, making them useless. The cabins were impossible to use due to an unbearable sewer/toilet odor. The boat was missing so many basic items that at every island we had to purchase utensils. The smell on board was awful, and if you tried to let in some air, you had to face swarms of mosquitoes that ate us alive. Some people couldn’t even sleep in the cabins at all and e…

You enjoyed your holidays without any operational issues, raised no concerns during the charter, and only after your return did you attempt to pressure and manipulate the situation in order to obtain financial compensation. It appears you believed that through lies, tactics and unfounded accusations you could achieve a free holiday experience. We sincerely regret having to deal with such behavior!

Είχαμε κλείσει για μονοήμερη για bachelorette το σκάφος και όλα ήταν τέλεια! Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και μας βοήθησε σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, είχε ηχείο με δυνατή μουσική που έπαιζε καθόλη την διάρκεια της ημέρας και μας έδωσαν μάσκες και sup όσο ήμασταν στο νερό. Μια εκπληκτική εμπειρία!
